The negotiation of player contracts is the most important function an agent serves for each client. Our agents negotiate contracts at all stages of a client’s career, whether it be Entry Level contracts for drafted players or undrafted free agents, or subsequent contract for Group II Restricted Free Agents, or players who qualify for out-right Free Agency. We also help navigate a player through the arbitration process where required. Our track record in these areas are 2nd to none.

We actively look for opportunities for our clients to maximize their earning potential during their career. We assist in soliciting offers and negotiate terms for our players.  The window of opportunity can be small so maximizing opportunities is important.

We assist our clients with a variety of financial matters. These include accounting/tax services, insurance coverage and wealth management solutions. We do not charge a referral fee like many firms do. For 3rd party services, our clients deal directly with the proper professionals of the services they require through our network of business experts.

We recognize the importance of proper training in professional hockey and use our contacts and training experts to design specific training programs for our players, particularly young prospects. This is crucial in maximizing potential.
